CONTENTS IN BRIEF This planning and management module focuses on acquiring the knowledge and skills required for successful planning and management in a business setting. Participants will learn how to establish goals strategically, arrange activities, allocate resources, and track progress toward targets. Various planning and management strategies, such as project management, time management, and organizational abilities, will be emphasized. This program will help vocational education and training employees improve their capacity to plan and manage efficiently, eventually contributing to their organizations' success and development. GLOSSARY ENTRIES - Planning and Management: According to the EntreComp Framework, Planning and management is the capacity to set long, medium and short-term goals, define prioritieis and action plan and adapt to unforeseen changes.
